Q: Where are you located?

A: We are perfectly located in the beautiful Mesta Park neighborhood, on the corner of 17th & Shartel.

Q: Can I get waxed if I'm on my cycle?

A: YES! You may experience a little bit more pain in that area due to extra blood flow, but you can still receive your service!

Q: What if I need to cancel and no one answers the phone?

A: Our business phone is a cell phone, you can text us at anytime and we will honor the time in which you text! Just make sure to give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid any fees!

Q: How long does my hair need to be to get waxed/sugared?

A: We ask that you stop shaving the area for at least 2 weeks before your appointment. At least a long grain of rice in length

Q: When should I get waxed before my event or vacation?

A: We suggest 2-3 days before. This gives your skin time to come down from any irritation, redness and your pores can close so you are free to swim and enjoy your vacation!
